FOR THE CUSTOMER - SELLER: in our agency we examine the ownership documentation, prepare the value opinion of the property as well as recognize the customer with all legal, tax and other obligations arising from the purchase of the property. Together with client we prepare the marketing and selling strategy and take care of compiling all the documents and contracts needed by our B.A. in Law specialist.
In case you need only certain services, such as arranging plot boundaries, land allotment, drawing up contracts or preliminary contracts, official appraisals of real estate by the court valuer, the market valuation of real property or any other kind of assistance in relation to the property we are at your disposal.
